Via NewsOK's Darnell Mayberry:

Tyson Chandler, the New Orleans Hornets Center that captured our hearts during the last season of the Hornets tenure here in Oklahoma City, has finally come back home.
The exact terms of the deal were:
Hornets Give: Tyson Chandler
Thunder Give: Chris Wilcox, Joe Smith, DeVon Hardin
Honestly, the Thunder just stole Tyson Chandler, a top 10 Center in the league. Chris Wilcox wasn't even getting minutes, and Joe Smith is about 6 years too old to be as effective as Tyson. It's a complete embarassment for the Hornets, who apparently needed to "cut costs" for next season. As a result, the Hornets now have a smattering of Power Forwards on their Roster (Smith, Ely, Wilcox, West) and no true Center to help them out. Sure, it adds depth, but they're going to be undersized from here on out. It's kind of like trading Chris Paul for Joe Johnson and Jason Richardson. Sure, you've got more talent and depth, but who's going to run the point? Antonio Daniels?
On the Thunder side of things, this is great news. We finally got rid of our dead weight in Wilcox, and our roster continues to look more impressive. But, when you think of it lineup-wise, it really doesn't work.
C- Chandler/Krstic/Swift/Sene
PF- Durant/Collison
SF- Green
SG- Weaver/Atkins/Wilkins
PG- Westbrook/Watson
Do you honestly believe that Durant and Collison are going to split minutes? Neither do I. Honestly, 1 of 3 things are going to happen after this trade:
1: Durant moves back to SF, with Green moving to SG (or vice-versa).
2: Krstic loses his spot in the rotation.
3: The Thunder have another move in the works.
I'd like to think of 3 as the optimal solution, but who knows. All I do know is that whatever happens, I think the Thunder made the right move here, as I don't think benching Krstic or sliding Durant and Green down is an incredibly bad thing. Now, all we need is a Shooting Guard....
On a more personal note, it really saddens me to see Joe Smith go. I was hoping to get his jersey tonight at the arena BEFORE he got traded, but now that he's on another team, it's illegal to order his jersey until he retires or something. Sigh. He was my last connection (after the loss of Donyell Marshall and P.J. Carlesimo) to the 97-98 Golden State Warrior team that made me fall in love with basketball. Will this sway my interest in the team? If all 3 moves happened before the season, then maybe. But I've followed this team too far to lose interest just because all of my old favourites are gone. Who's my favourite player now? Either Kyle Weaver or Saer Sene. Call me crazy, but those guys are awesome. After Steven Jackson and Al Harrington were traded to Golden State, I had the same feelings as I do now. Same thing when P.J. Brown got traded away from the Hornets. But honestly, I'll get through them, as teams always change, and it was almost inevitible that Joe would be gone before season end.
Now, lets get to the playoffs!!!! (Yes, I am crazy.)
